I Just Discovered Aloe Blacc...

...and apparently he needs a dollar!! Gone are the heady, crazy, dreamy days of James Morrison (thank the baby jesus and the orphans) trying to pretend he has any soul by singing in a croaky voice. This guy (Aloe Blacc) has been going, unheard of, for since the mid 90's and is probably one of the best Soul artists since the days of Motown Records. Have a listen and let me know what you reckon? you may have heard this track (I Need a Dollar) as the theme tune for "How to make it in America" and that’s where it got my attention so thanks Sky Atlantic!
